    Everyone ignore this post (wind up alert) its quite amazing how that mild sector gets squeezed the life out of over the uk between 156 and 180 hrs . You rarely see that .

    To be fair they do not state where the cold is coming from ? They just say that weather systems moving in from the north west and moving into colder air . Witch says to me that the cold has come from the east and precipitation turning to snow

    It's not right at the end either that charts at T288 . Back to the run again and that was the best run I have ever seen I think bloody amazing . Even in FI the beast comes back . ?

    And that's the nail on the head . We have the best winter weather starting at just T72 and you get people on here it's nothing it's this it's that it's not gonna happen . The models are showing the best wintry weather in years . Why do people come on here to wind up the cold crew ?. Look at this from the Ecm from day 3 to day 10 = very cold and possible SNOW !!!!

    Yep fair play to a few posters for sticking to there guns . Unlike me yesterday who posted that it won't switch back (naught step for me ). The output this morning has been amazing , I'm still in shock that they have flipped . The ECM is a stonking run . Look at these uppers especially for IMBY . Lovely jubbly ?.

    Hello mate ?. I'm a cold lover through and through like really really bad to the point where my misses ignores me for days when I'm glued to model watching. But if we look back at the output from a few days ago we had good op runs being churned out run after run . The ensembles were also very good flatlining at -10 and some even near -15 . We had glosea seeing a Scandinavian high . That has but all disappeared (hence my frustrating post earlier) . I know the ECM has moved towards UKMO but will be enough to give us what we all want a good cold snowy spell ? I really don't think so . Sorry to be down beat but it just never seems to come off these last 5 years and it's soooo frustrating . Look at 00z GEFS graph - Now from a few days ago there were lots of cold runs flat lining . I hope it does flip back but history says it won't ?.

    Yep this is last nights GFS 18z at 168hrs in a easterly flow - And today's 144- in a half hearted northerly . Rubbish

    You have told us about 10 times tonight on this forum that the easterlies are dead . Yes we have had a day of not so good model runs but stop.banging on bout it . And N Westlys don't do anything for 95% off us it will just be cold rain ?
