Which one should I believe?

Holy moly, where does the Free version of NW storm forecast pick it's LI and CAPE values from?
GFS charts shows me with around 1,400j/kg of SB CAPE
NW Extra Storm Forecast has me down for 2,200
and then there's this, the free storm forecast with over 2,600j/kg of CAPE and an LI of -9
Do the storm forecasts pick up on multi level cape and not just surface based, which is why the value is higher?
Also, why are do the paid and free versions of the storm forecasts show different values, do they use opposing models?

Just checked the CAPE for Saturday in my area, looking good so far!
-
Nice bit of CAPE forecast for my area on Saturday
-

Ditto, first time this week that either of the two, Netweather or Estofex have issued SLIGHT warnings for severe weather,
Up to now it's always just been a boring old thunderstorm risk

Gonna start looking north now, cant' see super duper from the south!
Looks like Chelmsford is taking a downpour, Netweather radar shows the strike for Billericay, but I see it directly north, so taking it as Chelmsford / Witham like lightening maps shows
Here's hoping for more
-
Just see my first strike, no thunder though, was looking towards the south coast when I see a flash northwards
Netweather radar shows it over Billericay, lightening maps show it between Chelmsford & Witham
-
Was lightening hunting out the back window looking south when I see a strike north
No thunder though here, Netweather radar shows a strike in Billericay, lightening maps show Chelmsford / Witham area lol
Was directly north of me so I'm sticking with Chelms/Witham
-
Same, lots of concern about it dying out too over on the convective thread, strike count seems to be dwindling and there's hardly any progression into the channel ¬_¬

What are people looking at to see these cells popping up in N. France?

19.7c here clear sky, if it stays that way I'll see a good bit of surface warming today, GFS showing a 72% chance of a storm tonight with 700 CAPE, so good chance of a homegrown storm, would really love an overnight import! Looking at the forecasts paris is due a good storm on Wednesday, so Weds night could get interesting
-
Sky has cleared here and temps have responded, 19.6c and climbing, will have some good surface warming today!
