    Sorry for the OT post but, see that little band of torrential rain out in the north sea, what is it a radar blip? If not how does something like that occur away from the rest of the rain formation?

    Had some rumbles of thunder here and see some lightening, only 2 hits though Huge amount of rainfall overhead just missed me and hit Rayleigh instead, my mate said it was apparently snowing, I reckon it was hail though Radar shows only rainfall down here, but we are under -4c uppers right now according to V6!

    Had sod all here apart from 20 or so seconds of light/moderate rain!! Some pretty nasty dark clouds have been sweeping across the sky for the last half an hour, but so far nothing eventful Also, isn't it about time NW removed the xmas smileys?

    Heavy rain and freak gusts here, my gates just come flying open even though it was locked?! Not seen any hail or heard lightening yet though!

    Now that is just depressing! Been looking at the 16 day forecast on NW, forecast minimum temp up until the 15th is a measly 1.8c!
