not sure whats going on here but bbc have me in north leeds under heavy snow tomorrow evening from 7pm to 5am!!

almost akin to the levels of ne usa snows!! yes not quite as deep.

its sad isnt it. a rare one missed. the wait goes on n on. this event would have made me happy for the rest of winter. and unlike most other events its not just a few hours heavy snow, its a full days worth!! :'( :'(

well steve i refuse to go on the main model output because of the ridiculous just midland snowy posts etc. we will get oir turn next year steve dont worry so that youll can be jealous!! thank fully it will melt quickly at the altitude the midlands is at compared to further north

i wont be looking at other pics as it will mke me too upset and jealous. already feel really hard done by. #totallygutted is an understatement. i cant see us getting anymore falls this winter. the last two i only saw two falls. just too difficult in this day n age now my childhood dream continually broken. infact beyond repair. i even lost my interest in leeds playing today!

at least ive realised that the saying ' good things come to those who wait' in incorrect. we could have had this cover for weeks even with temps of 5c 20+cm would only thaw slowly. hopefully it will be milder down there and melt more quickly.

anyone knw or can post any POSITIVE other charts for precip etc from the 18z's to bring so cheer? bbc said it was moving north north east. not according to that gfs.

after a much better afternoon thanks to you guys on here the gfs 18z has really spoilt all that. keeps on getting beyter n better for the midlands whilst not even touching us!! you couldnt write it better!! typical again. just as everything was looking better and shifting northwards gradually.

okay so ive just seen look north forecast and it was amazing for our region. hope the presenter doesnt end up with egg on her face!! it looked like it pivited out west which swings it north east over towards us.

wow just goes to show the met are clueless at many a time. have you just seen the massive downgrade in the further outlook posted by them just as yesterday they were saying cold and snow until mid jan. wow what a flip. i wonder what weve lost thats changed that?? any ideas?

yep again another upgrade by bbc on local for leeds. are they accessing different data or are thy behind like the gfs!!?

the national bbc forecast just showed mega snow over midlands but she said and i quote! this then affecting northern england as it moves north and north east!!! will it really move north. first ive heard that said. someone help me out please. im losing my sanity. cider is my older friend i think.

so bbc look north kust said big chance of significant snow over our region come sunday but that its a developing situ. make your mind up bbc/met. if i had no access to the internet it was a big upgrade!!
