to my eyes the ecm continues to downgrade. mild upers coming in with the next ststem yet again. i have to agree with others that this really initially looked good but not much at all now. i think the models will point to a fairly average feb with nothing special apart from snow on the mountains n highest ground. -
yes i agree totally. just trying to wind up n troll. not listening or trying to understand anyones post. or shall i say respect them. just pass onto next response

well in the end it ended up pretty good here in north leeds. its white over but not that deep to the point of covering grass which would have been very nice indeed. however i saw some lovely heavy snow falling in huge flakes after a few hours of moderate small flaked snow. about 2-3cm. but was frustrated earlier to see us going yhrough the weakest gap in the radar as someone said earlier.

like a guy i spoke to today where have the days gone of deep deep drifting snnow that happenef so much. the climate hasnt changed that dramatically!!

surely the uppers cant be significantly lower just 50-100miles notth?!! back to the warning is it just me who thinks the met n bbc are mking a laughing stock of themselves for here?!!

even the bbc text is indicating snow annd accumulating tonight!! how if it is can you/they be so wrong at such short notice and fool so many people who will see that, in this day n age. not acceptable if wrong.

wow a big upgrade on both tonighy n tomorrw night on bbc app. tonight continues heavy snow mow till 4am instead of 12 and even bigger news tomorrw night stays as snow here in moortwn all night!! until its passed through. will this be our turn i wonder.

harsh do we feel shower activity will pep up just a little concerned n dont want to lose this covering. because as u say cud end up quite deep!! just the experts n apps say frequent heavy showers tonight but yet the radar says no atm

i hope harsh climate n kentish are right because i too am excited. toook a drive upto moors near skipton tonight n had to turn round or we'd have been stuck!! eas great. now back home in ls17 and a lovely covering of snow just hoping for these heavy snow showers!!

150m isnt low dwn. it will change over dont worry. again bbc's n met look fab for later with freezing level dropping and heavy snow. even dwn to 0c in town.
