    I can also hear heavy rain hitting the window- gutted even though it was expected on the iow we’ve had NOTHING so far this winter- again! Holding out for Feb to bring us something!!

    Going mad in the mod thread over the upcoming snow prospects and guess what?! Nothing for the iow AGAIN ugh am I feeling a bit bitter-yes and not in the cold way lol ? Thoroughly fed up I just want 1 decent snowfall here that lasts a couple days - enough to build a snowman that’s it surely not much to ask ? It appears it is thoughsorry for the negativity

    Lashing down with rain here on the Isle of Wight! Are we even gonna have a chance of snow down here this month? Realistically it seems unlikely especially here on the snow starved Isle of Wight!

    Same here on the iow we are doomed I’m gutted we are just too warm n mild down here we need the perfect setup unfortunately and it hasn’t happened for a few years now!

    Any chance of any snow on the IOW this week?? The iPhone app showing 80% chance tomo evening and I normally find that more reliable than the met office one!
