    Get the cold in first. Anything can crop up at any moment. Late November bring any memories back ? Last chart I checked, the colder air was over both our regions. chill.

    Spot on. It’s been on the cards for the last few days.. unless we can get shot of these heights to the south, it’s pretty much game over… the low is just going to barrel through us and not slide

    Once again, heights over Iberia are now becoming a player. last week the jet stream was vacating in North Africa.. now its running through Northern France.

    Currently 2c here, beautiful sunshine. took the dog for a walk up to Rivington pike. Stunning views of the Pennine areas of Oldham, Tameside and Stockport areas of our region.

    I’m not the worlds best at reading charts. But for me, I can see the problem being heights over Iberia becoming an issue.

    Agree with you. I find the showers from the east, start to fizzle out in the Bolton area. Those west of Bolton, ie, Wigan, must feel very frustrated.

    Anything after T+96 I’m taking with a pinch of salt. one or two knee jerk reactions. Same old, same old.

    Only if it does not show what people want to see. If it showed a raging easterly, It would be regarded as a good model.
