indeed, there's a lot of showers west of Amsterdam which are heading SW and are likely to intensify - landfall around 8pm looks about right for the south east corner
I'm really hoping to have a dusting/slight covering by morning before things really get going.

Temperature beginning to dive now in Dover. Fluctuations between 2.5-3.1 for the last hour. Now at 2.0 and continuing to fall.

Is it all off then?? I’ve been away all weekend, just got home after leaving husband a list of preparations to make. He’s been out and got logs, candles, wrapped the outside taps up and now I’ve got to tell him it’s not happening??? I was looking forward to sitting down to watch the radar now and being snowed in in the morning??? Please tell me we are still getting some snow! My kids may never speak to me again. ??
The latest met office forecast has some snow showers arriving into SE corner from around 8pm.

So where currently is the dividing line between the cold and deep cold?

Just managed 3.0'c in Dover today. Starting to fall now 2.8

I'm sticking with Met Office this week. THE BBC forecast doesn't really show many snow showers at all this week?
BBC forecasting has gone seriously down hill.

Could the flurries across SE begin tomorrow evening? Latest met office forecast graphics are suggesting so.

Hoping this kind of chaos Tuesday or Wednesday morning!

No you will get snow if there are any showers but there is no warning for you as not much is expected. I don't believe anywhere in the UK is going to see sleet let alone rain for at least a week now.
I find it fascinating that 3 miles away will see snow and we won't?
-
Omg just realised Dover isn't in the yellow zone!!!
Rain and sleet fest for us?

Waiting for the wind to turn more westerly and pull the showers into west Yorkshire

Yep that. They cancelled the bus that all the kid take into town, and the next one was ten mins late.
Ridiculous!!
Lets see what the morning brings. Nothing I should expect

Let's hope so, but I also hope the ?ittle bit of snow that may or may not be lying in the morning, doesn't stop the school bus this time. Couldn't believe it when the bus didn't come must cause of a bit of sleet. The Aycliffe bus service keeps getting worse.
Seriously! Monday mornings massive Hail event?

Was just thinking that myself.
BBC still have light and patchy snow across SE Kent during rush hour.

Rather pathetic really... Radar shows snow falling everywhere but the warning area by Met O ???

Is that still in the forecast?
The stuff coming down the East Anglian coast looks good for us in an hour or so

A few fleeting flakes now in Dover

Yes that is true. Latest model output suggests this is more likely across Lincs into Norfolk could be a tad disruptive.
Not reaching Kent?
