    Yeah i didnt measure what we had yesterday but from from todays snow.and yesterday i measured 10cms so far in my back garden...cant complain

    Just had the old fashion ruler our for measurment in the back garden have hit the magical 10cms here in coventry. Thats 2 proper snow events this winter one in december we had 15cms and one yesterday/today... Edit-met now forecasting heavier snow for 10pm later for a few hours i thought looking at the radar everything dying out??

    Snow is becoming lighter in coventry dont know how this will.last till midnight to be honest unless heavier burst are forecasted for later on?? Still a very good event roads are coverd and back garden is ankle deep in snow!

    Snowing moderately here in coventry past half hour if it stays like this till midnight as forecasted will be looking at a good covering!!!

    Just to give some peeps an idea of how much of a joke the met office weather app and beep online forecast is. Searched my post code on both sites both have my area for light snow from 2pm till 12am then i searched a diffrent post code 1 mile up the road and it shows heavy snow for 4hrs then light snow till midnight..absolutely clueless tools in my opinion

    Met office now have heavy snow for coventry from 2pm till 5 then light snow all night till midnight surely looking at around 10cms quite widely over the midlands

    Met office and beeb have us down for light snow from 2pm right into midnight. Thats 10 hours of continous snowfall surely can get at least 5-10cms from.that??

    So so jelous we had a few cms here in coventry and looking at the forecast today hereford could have another 10cms today while the rest of us can only hope of something more meaningful

    Met office and beeb have coventry and surronding areas down for heavy snowfall from 11pm till around 3am overnight...could get a good old covering to that

    And now the met office have took the heavy snow symbols off coventry for later on in less then a hour..the met office have been disgraceful in this cold spell

    Still snowing lightly in coventry maybe 3-4cms now but the wind is blowing the snow all over the place. Plus strange how the side roads are not as deep in snow as the main roads...
