    To be honest was more intrested in the potential snow event for the end of the week it went from giving us a good dumping to now missing us totally

    The beast from the east never delivers for coventry and surrounding areas we had a light dusting of snow just now and now the met office and bbc have removed the snow symbols for us regarding the potential snow event friday into sat lol...thank god we had 15cms back in december otherwise this would be another pants winter

    One small snow shower today in coventry today but its bitterly cold..not really looking in terms of snow in coventry for the next few days and im not even going to mention friday potential as reading the mod thread is confusing me big time

    These weather apps on the TWO meto and bbc web sites are so poor. Yesterday they were showing continuous snowfall for coventry from snow showers from tuesday to thursday then heavy snow thursday night into friday no its showing nothing till friday into sat night and that to heavy rain??

    Hope this time coventry gets some good snowfall i remember 2010 was freezing cold but we had no snow whille even places 20 miles away were getting plastered

    The models now starting the showers monday night into tuesday onwards becomming more widespread looks like we could do well from that and then end of next week if that low does edge up from the south we could be in for a real treat!!!

    Looking at the weather apps for our region next week it looks mostly dry for the west midlands..so i dont get this talk of all this 'disruptive snow'

    Bit of a non event here in coventry snowing for the last 2 hours but not settling roads were to wet for snow to settle ?
