  1. Met Office app showing snow for Walsall on Sunday and Monday. Not sure where that has come from
  2. Lol its fine. My comment was a bit out of order as well. Just the disagreement in model shows it will be a nowcast radar watching event
  3. That's for the next hour. For 8 o'clock it has rain. I'm just using it to show weirpig that these graphics can make errors as he was using it to take a swipe at the Icon as it doesnt show what he wants
  4. I wasn't referring to this easterly. I was referring to the breif easterly we had a few weeks ago and I was right. We had like 0.2mm of snow. Plus the ICON had a problem with the graphics clearly
  5. Hirlam hasn't been great. Typical bias to a model just because it shows what you want to see
  6. Walsall/Birmingham must be one of the only places which had nothing overnight. Even know there's a gap in the precipitation in Birmingham. BBC MIdlands forecast on TV shows all snow missing Birmingham eastwards
  7. The disagreement among models in such a near time frame shows it will come down to radar watching. No one can be sure really regardless of what the models say
  8. ICON is slighly more north and east for thursday. Not by much but a move in the right direction for snow. Still a non event for Friday
  9. Barely anything in Walsall. Even less in Central Birmingham. This coming snow shower has decided to turn easterly from a north easterly direction so it will miss Walsall/Birmingham
  10. ICON shows Fridays low stalling over Midlands from T99 to T120. However, knowing our luck, it wont verify.
  11. Hirlam's take on things. Stoke to Oswestry may do ok from this. Everyone else no so well
  12. Not updated at a guess. 6 o'clock news on BBC will give a better idea
  13. Overnight things have changed. The track of the low is much further north hence why the forecast has changed. Warnings may change in next flew hours
  14. Nope. Travels further north. However this is where it appears heaviest for Midlands
  15. ICON give us over 24 hours of snow. A foot of snow is more than realistic on Friday.
  16. Yep. I was trying to keep on topic to Midlands lol but you're right. Places like Stoke may do ok from that
  17. ICON brings snow much further north than 12z. Heaviest snow in North Midlands
  18. Hmm. I'm skeptical about that. Pretty sure will not be that widespread especially in West Midlands. I'll be watching ARPEGE over other models
  19. I don't understand how its consistently showing that for tomorrow when no other models back it up.
  20. ARPEGE 12z has rain for far south, then snow further north. However the precipitation is much further east compared to ICON. Still a lot to be resolved.
