  2. Now that would be amazing! I always here how good 1978 was (i was born the winter of 78) i want somthing like 78 so i can experience it for myself

  9. Good to hear. 'Hopfully the start to something memorable . But were i am (wirral peninsula) it does take something to get a good dumping of snow
  10. We only got about an inch or two of snow on the wirral, didnt last long. We did get a good bit back in 2010
  11. We've got some wind yippy! After days of flat cloudy weather. Still dull as.... roll on wkend when hopfully things start to change

  13. Thats the only thing keeping from reaching for the Prozac. (Waiting for cold) sitting on my back step with my cupper still darkish and the sparrows/finches all fighting who's sitting on the feeders 1st
  14. Iv only been on her for just over 12mths, and the point you make about new ppl reading the posts to learn, thats why im on here. And obviously to hunt the ever wanting cold snowing weather
  15. Me too @manpantz. After days on end of seeing mild temps thick cloud and damp. To see a clear crisp sky and a slight nip in the air, it actually feels like winter today
  16. I remember the models doing this! Eye candy charts then nothing then back again . I think everyone yesturday got excited because it was the 1st run to show anything after what feels like forever mild weather. So i certainly haven't given up on some nice winter weather

  18. I cant remember late dec 2012, bad fatigue (just given birth to twins . What i do remember is nov 2012 being bitterly cold (with a little snow?, day time temps were pitty low -0 as the twins had to go back into hospital because it was just so cold
  19. There's nothing showing till next fri. But that looks pretty wet/heavy But from an ex groom id dont think your land will dry out enough especially if its already like a bog, were your gate is will be a mess but whats left on the field? If its already patchy id move them, especially with this mild damp air and no cold to freeze the mud. Im not an expert on weather but i was an expert of getting stuck in muddy fields
