    Didn't yesterday's models have 39 and a 40 on it and high 30s up to the north east that model does not have those numbers a couple of 38s but mainly mids 30s

    I am sure they didn't predict the storms around the London area if I remember right they were west coast then over to Yorkshire and up through Scotland were they predicted this far east?

    The weather is actually not so bad as the air is very dry and there is wind as long as it stays dry air it should be bearable.

    Interesting both the BBC and Met Office websites not showing 30c or more for Doncaster any day this week which contradicts what is being stated on this forum.

    I don't I hate it I want the aircon on at work all year round currently in a battle with two women who are never hot and won't have it on in any temperature, I am a cold person never liked the heat I would prefer upper teen temps all year round so believe me this isn't for me.

    It certainly been a weird summer I barely used the fan this year and still under duvet, no days yet of going to work in shorts and t-shirt and having to change at work into shirt and tie. Maybe this is the week when the usual humid air brings that all on.

    I like the new Global Jetstream feature on here, it's about time there was a proper jet stream model that just does what it says and is easily readable.

    Doncaster normally gets the highest being in a valley so I expect Doncaster or Sheffield will reach 30c on Tuesday or Wednesday in June Doncaster got 29.4c and Sheffield 30c, what is the highest temperature ever recorded in Yorkshire does anyone know?

    Not sure what the BBC weather site is playing at but they have now changed Wednesday again in Doncaster and added a rain symbol from 6am to 9am
