  1. Looks like a proper early October weekend coming our way. I'm particularly pleased to see predicted temps of 7-9c on Sunday when I'm running in a 10-mile road race. I did a half-marathon in July in about 25c conditions - hard work. I re-ran the HM course 3 weeks ago in 12c temps and managed 11mins quicker !! Bring it on....
  2. 10c here in Warwickshire. A welcome drop to a more seasonable temp'
  3. 150kg of coal came yesterday, a double logs delivery coming today. Bring it on.......
  4. Impressive ice-cap build up and pixels starting to appear in Norway
  5. Siberia now has snow coverage that would blanket most of Europe. Further build ups in N Alaska and Canada
  6. http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/uk-weather-snow-could-hit-8918921 We're all going to die.....etc etc

  8. We dipped to 8.2c in Rugby. Nothing special, but the trend's heading the right way
  9. Here's the latest. The ice-cap's expanding well. New dumpings in Siberia
  10. Huge increase in Siberia. That's a snowfield three times the size of Wales !!
  11. Nice one. I picked up a cold pocket on the M1 near Luton at 5:30am, 7c. Generally 9-10c elsewhere around the Midlands
  12. Ahh well, at least it's not forecasting any unseasonable heatwaves...
  13. Not yet, though I did light a cosy log-fire on Saturday - because I could !!
  14. A few more dots in Eastern Siberia, also Lapland/Northern Norway appears to have had a winter visit
