  1. From a novice point of view, is that conducive to hail lightning and thunder snow? They are fantastic when they form?
  2. That's because a large number are from the south Eastern quarter and those charts illustrate how likely we are. Not to see a sausage let alone a Murr Sausage!
  3. Which begs the question surely there should be some tweaks and modifications made to the way these models handle their data. In other words a milder bias so that they are less likely to pick up on phantom cold signals. This is turn would reduce the number of cold patterns or scenarios being presented when the reality is much more likely to manifest as milder as has so often been the case.....

  5. Be interesting to see the 06z run.... Yes, have to agree the snow risk looks decidedly less for southern areas.... No surprises there..... Annoying after the corrections south we were seeing on previous runs. Let's see if it Reverts back on the next run before throwing the towel in...

  12. An absolute snorefest for anyone aways from Scotland and the North West of the country. Any interesting stuff ie snow for these areas only. Otherwise it's rain and distinctly average temperatures elsewhere. Vortex looking fierce as per.... Just crap really......
