  1. Just gone through here in Hereford. Half a dozen claps of thunder with lightening and torrential hail though hail was small in size. First of the year.
  2. Daffodil came out 26th December. 2 out today. Never known daffs come out in December before.
  3. UK weather warnings WWW.METOFFICE.GOV.UK Met Office UK weather warnings for rain, snow, wind, fog and ice. Choose your location to keep up to date with local weather warnings. Just updated weather warning for West Mids and Wales at 9.04am this morning. Its still chucking it down and quite dark here, Another hour or two of heavy rain. Better late than never
  4. It has taken this long this summer/autumn to have more than 5 consecutive dry days together since June. . Thats how bad this July and August have been West Midlands/Wales border.
  5. Top temp today 14C. A awful August this side of the country.
  6. Was going mtn biking this afternoon as the forecast yesterday was light winds 19C and partly cloudy. Today its already started raining and looks like its going to be raining for rest of day. They cant even get the next day foreast right let alone 10 days in advance! God this summers been woeful! Just 5 days of dry weather , is that too much to ask?
  7. Yup 23c they forecast today and mostly sunny. It struggled to reach 21.6C in cloudy skies and a keen wind. This evening the rain has moved in.
  8. What has amazed me this year is the we have only one dry spell of over 5 days. All year! You have to go back to early June and late May when we had over 5 days dry. We seem to get 2 maybe 3 days dry then showers or longer spells of rain. Continually. Can remember when you get a high sat over us for at least a week and be nice during the summer. I hope autumn bucks the trend this year.
  9. 13.8C and more rain! The Acer tree in the garden is looking quite red now. Leaves have been changing colour the last week. Its the 8th August! This really has been a awful summer.
  10. Heard my first robin singing yesterday. Usually about the 7th August I hear them start for autumn and winter. Hello autumn, you are very early!
  11. Yay 18th May and Credenhill has officialy hit 20.5C. First time over 20C this year! About time. Does feel lovely and warm too.
  12. Chucking it down now east Hereford. Will be some serious flooding Ledbury way as it seems to have stalled over there. Lots of distant thunder
