Had 4.2mm of rain so far this month here at shoeburyness average for April is 38mm so looking at the ensembles they are not showing huge amounts of rain for down here so we may end up with an average rainfall month

Looking at the gfs ensembles they are showing far less rain spikes down here in London and with above average temps could see some nice weather at times -

So to summarise temps above average showers or longer spells of rain and could feel pleasant in any sunny spells -

Looking at the gfs ensembles they show temps generally above average but also rain spikes so presume wet and mild good growing weather -

Alderc 2.0 it’s just a continuation of what we’ve had for months, it’s pretty much the norm and I imagine it will continue like this for the majority of the year going forward not much to change the pattern happening -

Pretty much all gfs members keep us above average I think people need to forget about SSW events clearly not one of them did anything in the past winter! And everyone said the background signals were good! -

Still no sign of anything cold in the models and they now go out to late march! -

Gfs ensembles are just keeping everything average through to mid march and beyond! No sign of anything cold! I really think it’s time to give up the cold chart chasing now, all your chasing is fantasy the sun is gaining strength and we will need something significant and there is no sign of that -

Frosty. bitterly cold? lol showing 8 degrees for me which is pretty average -
Frigid everything is warming! Any decent snow events in the uk will become more and more rare! The mild weather we have been experiencing is the way forward! Which I’m pleased about, done with dark cold frosty crap! We finally need to become a warm climate all year round! Which I suppose with global warming is slowly happening

Why on earth anyone actually wants cold weather is passed me! This winter has been great from a mild perspective very few cold weeks, no snow! Good! Looking forward to having Xmas on the beach one day! apart from the usual stuff post day 10 luckily nothing particularly cold in the outlook (unless on a northern hill)

Only 2 weeks left of winter before we enter spring, and if anything spring temps have already arrived, no sign of any cold on the horizon according to the models so very much looks like an above average winter -

Quite pleased to see the models are toying with some very mild air too! Quite spring like looking at the ensembles -
Looking pretty mild for the rest of January and the start of feb, looks like this winter will end up milder than average would take something truly special to change that and looking at models currently no signals being shown

Looking at the models snow chances are pretty bleak for the majority but a decent dry spell coming up albeit it chilly, but sunshine for majority then looks like a return to Atlantic driven weather after that! So enjoy the sunshine and crisp weather perhaps a chance of snow in February but looks like a bust for now
