    Light snow flurry this morning, heavy sleet shower this evening around 5pm.

    We had a snow flurry this morning, left nothing on the ground.

    Heavy snow fell for about 3 hours this morning, yet absolutely none settled in town here in ross!! NOT HAPPY There is about 2 inches in the surrounding high ground and we have just had a couple of heavy snow showers pass through this afternoon. We did have a covering of about 0.5cm at 9am this morning from snowfall overnight, but really wasn't anything hugely worthwhile.

    Had three snowy flurries throughout today, and this morning there was clearly one overnight as there was about a 0.5cm covering on all surfaces when I woke up, looked very beautiful especially when accompanied by a harsh frost.

    Went down to Kent this morning and there was a good 3-4 inches from a huge blizzard around 9am, unfortunately nothing round here in Ross

    Lol believe me it's not a problem, you're doing a great job Paul, keep it up!! If it makes your life any easier, from this cold snap I have seen 3 snow days, 2 of which had accumulations of 0.5cm, and then another covering of 2cm the next day. It has snowed roughly 20 times or thereabouts from snow showers!

    Sleety drizzle turned to snow for about 10 mins round here earlier, didnt settle and now drizzling again

    Heavy snow shower around 1pm today, went on for a while but didnt settle (again! ) and then another showery snowfall around 4.45pm, again short lived and not settling. Now sleety drizzle.

    OK here's the deal for today. Crap all day since about 9am with sleety drizzle non-stop. Woke up to a 2cm covering this morning and was sexcited, but all gone by lunchtime thanks to this crappy drizzle. Not exactly what we were promised!!

    Just had 3 more brief snow showers this evening, slowly but surely building up a very light dusting, that makes the total about 8 snow showers for today I think Shame none of properly settled.

    4 beefy snow showers today so far, heaviest around lunchtime, almost settled but stopped too much. Nothing lying now, but at least it fell for the 3rd day in a row.

    Hooray another heavy snow shower just passed, about 10 mins long and because everythings already frozen it settled slightly to yet another max depth of 0.5cm in parts, and every individual flake settled and froze straight off onto the decking and frosty grass! :unsure: Fourth of the day edit: sorry double post out of excitement.

    About 0.5cm general depth round here. Second time today we've had a dusting from a showers.

    LOL thanks for that snowmoon, the main snow has just passed over here in Ross, Herefordshire, snow fell for about 15 mins and left a nice little dusting, hope the temp drops quickly to freeze it nicely. Another 0.5cm on the ground!

    Another nice snow shower hitting us again, but this time its too wet, its only making the ground wet now

    It snowed from 3 heavy showers around lunchtime and earlier on about half hour ago it was snowing heavily, left a light dusting which melted easily not long after, pehaps peaked at nearly 0.5cm depth earlier, virtualy nothing left now ecept on the hillsides. Exciting...

    It was snowing lightly again this morning around 9am, second shower of the morning, but that looks about it for me this morning. Now very clear and cold 2c.

    It's just stopped snowing here, there was a nice spell of a snowy pellety shower just here which was starting to dust the place before it stopped 5 mins ago.

    Had about 2 snowy flurries this evening one at around 6pm and then shortly after it started to really snow around 7 and snowed moderately for a good 10 mins or so, just didn't quite settle.

    Temp is dropping already and there was a heavy sleety shower at about 4.30pm down here.
