I always use this one and then Netweather radar to back it up net say no amigo..no cigar and to check the depth of the tops on SAT24... and at present doesnt look that impressive....OH well we still have all night for a possible development

you know yrs ago without the internet or radar Phil I would of said we are going to get some nasty TS...But with the so many dissapointments Im not sure anymore The last time I saw high sinister clouds like this in the UK we had very nasty evening night storms for a UK standard.. but things dont seem to pan out anymore here

the thing I like is the front is stalling currently...or extremely slow moving East given more chance for Storms East of t he front...but correct me if Im wrong

normaly a TS will form within a few hrs of these clouds...BUT WE live in the UK...where the english weather is un-predictable at times

Nick we just had a heavy thundery pulse of rain here..came out of the blue but only lasted a few minutes and its not even on radar yet.. sky looking real thundery here lets hope it all goes off with a bang for later.
