  6. Hi Neil....never take me to heart....The people who know me on here know I only always joke...mate I hope you have another huge storm.. Yes I have read the same similar stories.... And to be honest I reckon IF storms do produce this week then the East will have some great ones..... I always think we are the breeding ground and they mature when they arrive over your districts...
  7. Had a realy good day yesterday at the airshow in Glos. Unfortunately I dont know all the names of the aircraft of the pictures I took Im a more of an expert on WWII planes.. This is the first part of my pic's... Will up load more tomorrow and then finally video's of slow motion.. Some of the pics were hard to take even in burst mode for clarity due to some to the speed the jets flew.. PLZ feel free if you know some of the names... ]
  8. Im not to be honest.... dont rely on this UK stuff anymore...to rare occasion here.. I may sound excited on here about TS but truly I am not...after yrs of rubbish here I just rely on (USA) French or Spanish holidays for the action now.. And IF anything does happen here its a bonus B) booked into Majorca Supercell African imports for Sept
  9. MET.. Midlands Outlook for Wednesday to Friday: Sunshine and showers for most during the period, the showers frequently heavy with thunder in places during the daytime, then mostly easing overnight. Occasionally breezy. Temperatures around normal. South West Cloudy again with further spells of rain. The rain turning heavier and perhaps thundery during the afternoon. Warm again with gentle winds, but gusty around any thunderstorms. S/E Wednesday through to Friday will be cooler and fresher with sunshine and heavy showers, some of these could be thundery. sorry my Eastern friends..but you need to share some action
  10. cheers mate, Im just going to keep an open mind..see what happens without any excitement this time another site..not mentioning the place going for a very high chance of severe Storms for S.midlands and Midlands northwards... going to keep an eye on BBC tonight to see if they up there forecasts...if they follow I will get
  11. this is what I cant understand with people saying TS in the West.. Forecast(BBC have no mention of this but only for further East in the high humidity Kirkwood was refering to the east temps setting off a few Storms.. Regional going for Rain here and in t he South West with the odd heavy burst
  12. yes if it slows down or stalls this would be great for us out West seeing we have hardly seen much for such a long time... but the norm I expect it to trundly steadily East.. But we can all but wish for the perfect setup of a stalled front with the East side of it producing many storms in the heat
  13. I got the impression from Carol BBC the reason the East was most favoured was due to the high temps tomorrow(28oC)... But like people are suggesting that other areas also might be in for a treat as this rain band pushhes East
  14. Thx Nick...I didnt have much faith in her forecast to be honest.... Will keep an eye on t he developments over the next 24+ I personally think now is the real time for chances through to Aug-September for here....Its not often any storms arrive earlier than this for this region
  15. Carol Humdinger mentioned Thunderstorms for The East Regions ahead of the rain band Tuesday... So according to her the West misses out yet again though no disrepect I dont have a high opinon of her forecasts
  16. lol...his crazy name Mcwelle.. netweather image courtesy of Netweather subscription
  17. Rob Macellwe BBC24..just said warnings might be required later on for the showers feeding up through the night,so might get interesting...who knows.. also potent showers for the N/E tomorrow
