We have had 23mm of rain here in the last 24hrs.If only it was snow....

Wind is increasing here.The main band of rain isn't far away either according to the radar.

Oh well nothing exciting here.There was thunder and lightning about 11pm last night and a hail shower then all I could hear was rain.

When's the temperature meant to start dropping?Still mild at 8C here,will be pleasantly surprised if we see any snow!

Been raining all morning here.21mm recorded so far.

Has threatened rain here all day,but nothing apart from a few drops yet.Interestingly my weather station has a lightning symbol flashing today,first time it has ever done that! I can't see any storms close to us on the radar,hoping my station knows best! Edited to say rain has now arrived as forecast at 3.30pm

Seems ok to me.I tend to go between the two southern threads anyway , as I live more or less right on the middle of the South coast!( not that I post much anyway )

20.4mm of rain here.Stopped raining a couple of hours ago and lovely blue skies now,chilly in the breeze with temp. of 10C.

After a warm morning it is now quite overcast with a real yellow tinge to the sky.just a few drops of rain so far.

Round two of the rain started here,not that round one had ever finished! Have had 13.4mm so far in the last 24 hour period.

Bright,sunny and breezy here after a brief hail shower.Have had 26.8mm of rain in the last 24 hours ! Our grass in the back garden is so green and starting to grow but the ground is so sodden no chance of mowing it !
