    BBC radio weather forecast seem to be playing down the effects of this ‘storm’. Just listened to the forecast on Radio 4 and he mentioned possible disruption tomorrow with gusts of 70 miles per hour. Maybe this is because they only cover Northern Ireland in their forecast?

    Exactly ! I was expecting it to be a dreadful day weatherwise.It is grey and damp so far here, and looking at the radar nothing substantial on the way.

    Feeling chilly here today.After expecting today to be sunny and bright,according to the forecast, it is cloudy and autumnal. Temp was 13C at 10am and now only about 15C

    Rain just started and a few rumbles of thunder. Doesn't look like it will stay for long according to the radar

    Hi.I have just changed my password and can log in on my computer fine.When I try the app on my Hudl I am having the same error coming up? Could it be that I am using a tablet and not a phone?

    I cannot even log in either. I get the same 'error' message that username and password should be entered and can not proceed any further.

    A little bit of sleet in with the rain now and temperature dropped about 3C in the last hour.Not sure if the snow will make it here though!

    Same here,rushed to get things in so they wouldn't get wet, after seeing the rain approaching on the radar then nothing! Could do with some rain.

    I seem to have a problem with the new layout.When I try to select a link after clicking on the 'downwards arrow' next to 'Netweather' (top left hand corner) the options disappear before I can select what I want eg extra or the forecasts etc ?

    Been raining since lunchtime here. 24mm total so far.Lots of surface water on the roads.

    My goodness, never seen lightening like this, just constant with thunder too and torrential rain. Dog is panting and perrified! Thought we would miss it all!

    The steam is caused by rain/flood water on the old lava field which is still hot in places.There is still the chance that there could be another eruption.

    Not very warm here this morning! Maybe if the wind drops it will warm up.

    The GPS seems to be out of action again since 6pm yesterday.Fissure activity ceased now too,but still seismic activity going on around the Bardadunga region.

    The caldera GPS seems to have stopped working again this morning,I think last nights readings were probably unreliable.

    At last the snow shield was breached! A centimetre or two last night.Don't suppose it will stay long but at least we can say we have seen snow this winter.

    Yay we had a brief snow shower.At least I can say I've seen snow this winter!
