    Well what went wrong?.. was hoping to wake up to a least a few cm of snow.. nothing but rain as I speak. and net weather radar saying it should be snowing. So i supposed a lesson learnt here... IL keep to what Alexa says from now on, she's been bang on so far this week and today occasional rain, snow flurries later. I don't know, you forecasters lot and all your models and little dot in my corner out performs million pounds worth of computers

    Yep I've asked for that hole over where I'm working later tomorrow, hate gritting Borrowed it off Paul Sherman its his storm shield just slightly converted, cost me a damn fortune! didn't ask for it back though strangely

Amazing as soon as london and south east are mentioned for snow it makes the main headlines on bbc. How long has it been snowing up north now?

    Huh i wish, travelled by train to work Tuesday morning and was standing room only on it,, bosses are still telling there staff to come into work with some firms!

    Ohh i work at a train station, i could make those announcements that will go down in history. like " the train coming into platform 2 will slide through the station and wont stop.." i actually witnessed that few sundays back, so does happen!

    Do you know, I should go in that mod thread and say "Feb 14th 2021 looks nailed to be occasional rain spreading west to east with brisk westerly winds" and the funny thing is I have a 72% chance of being right.

    Noticed on net weather radar that precipitation on London is turning blue (Rain) yet the outer suburbs is green (sleet)… London warming in great effect

    errrrm.. I wouldn't go into that mod thread this afternoon, if you do? tread very lightly as all the cry babies could be starting to look tearful again by what's happening... you can sense the frustration building.

    Is the system still developing? Just wondering if that's the case for the yellow warning, could be met just covering their backsides for this one just in case of non-stop rain between now and Thursday even though intermittent. but as you said, seen worse with no warning.

    also if a cold extreme has been classed as NAILED at +144! and you show a warm rain bearing westerly system to spoil the party that does pay off and you've upset a majority of the coldies mod thread.

    Never go in there! Tonight it will be rattlers being thrown out of prams because the models have all u turned, seen it so many times. I wait till I see the first snow flakes, then cautiously take a peek.

    Oh come on paul! You know its a tradition of every year for the kids to have there annual gathering of mass rattler bashing at each others 14 days from now predictions of snowmageddon. Think its in a rule book somewhere!
