    exactly what i had yesterday... damn thing brewed almost above me, watched those lovely towers shoot up... then it buggered of west.

    Straight out of luck here.. juicy storm building, and its all moving away from me westwards, unbelivable! stll non stop rumbles, probably from high up in the towers which would of looked great at night.

    The development between me and towards heathrow (nothing out east) has at least 4 towers climbing, its like watching in timelapse,, but isnt. This could be big!

    radar picked up 2 developing showers just south .. meanwhile dark bases appearing just west of me

    How many ppl here will stand outside if a downpour does occur? not only that, enjoying that smell of wet rain on dried fields and concrete? Me! But somebody has to switch that damn storm shield off over us,, might have to resort to doing a bus dance around a bus stop, Hey!.. it worked in the 80s

    Almost under that.. and its pretty dark,, which is nice! anything to block that orange ball today is a bonus.

    At Last.. dark skys with odd rumble,, then again could of been the dustman... but its stopped that golden ball in the sky from shining down and heating my street up,, may it last all day!

    well thats a first, my air con has a 2 litre water tank, thats twice i had to empty that today. Probably doing same tomorrow! some rain echoes S/E of me on radar, wonder if the heat of london may get them to explode when they arrive?

    Got cloud building between me and dartford roughly,, been clear all day till last 40mins or so. maybe something, or not Strong breeze now as well...

    Question... most forecasters say storms for east anglia/ se england etc etc with that 30% storm covering zone with temps about 34c, met office said same thing. But as of 5 mins ago we have had a temp of 37.5 and storms kicking off just south of glasgow in irish sea. Me thinks the proffesionals are not reading the right data in the right areas. lol

    lots of high cloud here in s/e london, sun blocked out (thank god) darker clouds south of me makes me think that the big raindrops will start soon as neighbours just started the bbq!

    its strange these storms today.. they develope, flash around and show off a bit, then once they got the attention, they shut the door on us!!
