  3. Cumulonimbus base from May 2nd.
  4. Two faint flashes of lightning to the east about 0015 this morning.
  5. Wishing you the very best luck on your storm chase and I hope you see a lovely big tornado.
  6. No thunder or lightning here, by the looks of it it was just North east of me. Some torrential rain around 1145, but no thunder as I had hoped for.
  7. Some stratus around but otherwise clear and fresh. Around 12-13ºc.
  8. Thunderstorm going on as I speak. 4 flashes of lightning and 3 rumbles so far.

  10. It was like that this morning, the sun broke through at about 12pm leading to some convection which dissapated after an hour or so.
  11. There are some active cells over the Irish Sea near The Isle of Man and also something starting over Northern Ireland.
  12. Depending on file size, you could add them as an attachment to your post. There's a box at the bottom of each post page which says Add attachment - just click on that. However, make sure the size of the entire group of photos does not exceed 4.48mb
  13. I've just checked to the Wetterzentrale Lightning detector to see a few active cells passed over my area around 3-4am. To my annoyance and disappointed I slept through it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. There were sferics about 30 miles south of Flint about 1930, but they were weak and any storms over this area have disapated.
  15. after the brief thundery showers eariler this afternune, the weather went back to drizzle. Very cold currently and has been since about 3pm. Clouds starting to break up now.
  16. I am currently in school. Had thunder at 1357 during some very torrential rain. Then a flash of lightning and a further rumble at 1430. There is currently a big CB moving East to West, is on top of Flint at the moment. No thunder yet though.
  17. There has been no snow today, but we had several snow showers on Thursday. (apologies for not posting on Thursday - GCSE revision, a dodgy lighting desk, very very busy week!!!)
  18. Heavy dry snow shower at about 1.40pm No snow lying.
  19. I think this was the same one that went over me. It seemed to come from a North direction.
  20. Hefty snow shower just passing over Flint. Very Cold. Wind has blown more in now.
