  6. I was going to say that's never a photo of OON as the sheep doesn't look worried. Then I noticed the piece of wood stopping the sheep escaping through the patio door.
  7. Six inches of snow would have come up to his waist.

  11. Light snow showers this morning.
  12. Light covering of snow on top of frozen Rain/Sleet that was falling about 1.30 this morning.
  13. The process would only take place in a small pond due to the wind unless it had a pumped system. No wind, No turnover.
  14. Lack of surface movement with light or no wind would stop heat loss from ponds. Could be a contributing factor.
  15. That's a pity. I had a LaCrosse 2300 from the UKweathershop (Older model of 2350) and had no problems with it at all until it got smashed by a falling wall. I have purchased quite a lot of equipment from them with excellent customer service and the 2350 and the mounting kit would be well within your price range. Hope that helps you.
  16. LaCrosse 2350 is a good starter model at a reasonable price. Also Maplin have some low priced kit that can connect to a PC.

  18. Did you have a look at the radio Shack user manual? http://support.radioshack.com/support_meters/doc63/63348.pdf Also have a look at this website and see if there is an answer to your problems. They are all pretty helpful if you can't find what you need. http://www.weather-watch.com/smf/index.php...oefl7hi3b3&
  19. Must be a really big bonfire to go with the fireworks.
  20. Many thanks to John and Paul for putting this together. A reminder for anyone using Adblock plus with Firefox, you need to disable it to see the NW TV videos. Or I do anyway
  21. Another one to try is the master reset under the battery cover on the main unit.
  22. I think it's hold down the channel button until it bleeps to a make it search for the sensors. If not take the back off the solar sensors and look for the reset button and give that a go. Radio shack website has a far more in depth manual than the one Oregon supply.
  23. I live on the Fens and don't find them the least big ugly. I wouldn't move for the world except to another part of the Fens. Bye the way. Kent always has been known as the garden of England....it's not a new thing.
