    I hope weather09 and andy_leics are right! Im not too good at graphs and everything but the BBC forecasters are playing down much snow for us at the moment, they're busy giving out weather warnings to South East England. Well, I look forward to tomorrow now with great anticipation

    Not sure what to make of Sundays event, Im not expecting any snow tomorrow, but I have seen the weather for Monday and looks like loads of snow on the way for Monday?

    Here in Birmingham only the main roads have had the rubbish collected. We are just off a main road and the bags of rubbish have now been out for 2 nights despite gritters going back and forth 3 times last night, 5 times the night before.

    Not much sign of snow melting here in Great Barr North B'ham. Been a lovely day, sunshine all day but very cold! I dont expect snow tonight but I do expect very low temperatures.

    -9 here in Birmingham and cant I just feel it!! Bloody freezing here (sorry to state the obvious) I even see an icicle hanging off a traffic light EDIT: Is anybody able to change my name to 'GreatBarrWeather' as thats where I have moved too

    Well its snowing again here in Great Barr North B'ham. Coming down quite heavily again after a short break.

    Not sure how its still snowing in North B'Ham. Great Barr... but no complaints! Small flakes but alot of them falling fast.

    Local Weather: Southern parts of Midlands could see 20-25cm of snow.. Im still thinking North Birmingham could get it! :lol:

    Hi, im in Great Barr Birmingham and a very busy road outside my house is covered in snow, the gritters have gone past twice already but its doing nothing. Not good conditions for drivers. What are we ment to expect? Will there be much more? P.S. Sorry about name, its still the county in Wales where I used to live!

    I have a short video of lightening, not great but I recorded outside, when it was dark, and suddenly there was sheet lightening, it lit everything up and to have it recorded is remarkable. View My Video

    Thunder and lightening here in SW Wales Carmarthenshire. Had heavy rain just, the rain drops were huge!!!! One of 2 dogs are scared. Was frightening when the lightening lit up the floor in the hall.

    Carmarthenshire {South West Wales} Winds are terrible here! Very bad indeed! Wasnt forecast these winds really but we sure are getting them! Clouds are light grey-ish with some coming over merky grey colour. Cloud cover is 8/8. Expecting rain soon I think, although I havent checked the radar yet! WOW, weve just had our worst wind of the day, I heard something creak... :lol: Im actually rather worried now.. A tree at the side of the garden has already came down after yesterdays wind.

    Had my only snow flurry 2 days ago, which was hail just minutes later, the snow turned to rain soon though. Other days it had been Snow mixed with hail.

    Bright clear day here in SW Wales, didnt feel warm one bit but looked good out the window! Winds started to pick up through the day and cloud cover was 8/8 as it started to get dark which we met with a 5 minute snow shower.

    WOW!!! Heavy NO falling now. The radar looks like NO may fade away with the hour in SW Wales though That precipitation looks promising, if its snow that is.

    South West Wales {Carmarthenshire} Just had a mix of Hail and Snow, was heavy for about a minute then it died out leaving light sleet/snow which has now just this second stopped, did also get lighter here but now going darker again.
