Lincoln is apparently at a stand still with the hills being very icy :/ -
This is the most amazing snow event I've ever seen, 8/10cm in about an hour lol its piled up at my window :0

I think I might give up now to avoid dissapointment, the precipitation seems to just keep weakening then fizzling out over central Lincolnshire

The DP is dropping and the precipitation is not even here yet looking good I just hope the precipitation gets here and doesn't weaken. Temp at 2.2 and the DP at +0.4

Light to moderate snow for about 20mins now, better than I was expecting lol

Moderate to heavy snow for the past hour has given a covering of about 1 or 2 cm. A great surprise

Its just started snowing lightly with a temp of 2.5c and dew of 0.1 :) Complete surprise

40 miles in from the coast and its 2.7c here and thawing

The road outside my house is better than TV tnight, seen 12 people fall over on the road and seen 6 cars go sliding down. Thankfully knowbody hurt.

Rain here with a temp of -4, its crazy!!! . Really dissapointed, starting to wash away the snow

Mad snowfall here got about 5-8cm in the space of less than an hour, really thick on the roads. Don't think we were gettin anythin tday, really nice surprise

No snow. A no frost either due to the wind, really dissapointed with this cold spell, expected at least 1cm Hopefully the front Saturday night will bring something more intresting

Some very large anvils building to my north just visible through the broken cloud. The suns out now

Solarcycle24.com are saying there is a small sunspot in the northern hemisphere of the sun, but it doesn't look much to me :/ Anyone got any opinions on this? :)I hope its not going to get a number because I wanted this quiet to last just a bit longer. http://www.solarcycle24.com/

There has just been another aftershock of 5.6 mag, that will cause even more damage to the region.
