    I may have caught the tail end of a possible Twister in Dundee at Lunchtime........ Saw the twister which was passing over The Carse of Gowrie, looked very ropey and was starting to dissipate. By the time I stopped my car close to Ninewells Hospital and got my phone out it had almost gone ! :(  ...

    I don't get this.

     

    Just the Forth? How? The west got hit with tidal surge not east, surely it ain't travelling round?

    The River Tay surged and  came over the wall at Dundee in todays high tide at 4:00pm today !
