Been out to measure. max depth 7cm....Average 5-6cm....happy with that....

There’s good shower activity around the Newcastle area...nothing so far around here...maybe it’ll start filtering down this way?

Just typical. As soon as a big bunch of showers hit the coast to the NE of here, the wind starts to veer more easterly

To me the convergence is alot further north than modelled. Its now fusing with the precipitation that was already there around the Scarborough area...

I'm hoping the streamer keeps on building further north, so some of us in West Yorkshire also come in the firing line......Although not liking the NE-SW angle of it atm....

Lol. I think we'll do fine. But looks like South Yorkshire will be the sweet spot. Radar watching is going to be interesting.....a few miles movement here and there is all it takes....

I do like the way the twig on tuesday's fax chart takes a nosedive to South Yorkshire as soon as it hits shore...
