    Lincstim, ive gone into my gallery and clicked them myself and they don't work when i try either, which is strange. This pic below was from my gallery which will work when you click it though.

    Excellent GFS12Z and UKMO12z so far this afternoon, with lots of snow for many in the coming days. Lets hope the ECM also shows something similar a bit later.

    Im just checking the GFS ensemble mean for the 18z, and it's a lot better than the 12z with the colder air further west as expected. Things are looking great tonight.

    Indeed it could be a very good cold,snowy spell coming up, and were not talking deep FI for a change either

    Even if we don't see snow i'll be happy with very low temps overnight, and temps barely above freezing during the day.

    907mm of rain here in 2012, which must be at least double from the previous year.

    Cloudy and breezy after 1mm of rain a few hours ago. Temp is a very mild 11c.

    93mm here for December, so it's going to be touch and go to see whether i manage to get to 100mm or so in the next few days.It all depends how much rain gets past the pennines.

    It really is hammering down here at the minute, with lots more to come by the looks of the radar. It should start to ease off by early afternoon though.
