Here you go Rav,

My second time seeing them, my daughters first

Heavy snow showers all morning, enough to bring traffic to a halt and make me abandon the bus journey to walk about 4 miles to work in freshly fallen snow :-)
Snowing heavily again as I type this.
Ice chaos in Aberdeen city today. Looks like hail that fell, melted a bit then froze, topped off with a light sprinkling of snow for good measure.
The process for getting a car up an icy hill seems to be "floor it in first so I can crawl up the hill at 0.025mph whilst using my tyres to polish the
ice to a fine lustre".....sigh.
Wife reporting heavy snow in Peterculter (9 miles west of Aberdeen) but nothing (yet!?) in Aberdeen. Looks like some more stuff heading our way on the sat24
visible loop.

Woke to about half an inch of wet snow in peterculter. One the bus into aberdeen now and the roads are clear, pavements have a covering. Temp 2c acoerding to my phone. Looks like more incomong on the radar.
2.7c when I left for work. Light sleet, roads wet, existing snow cover almost gone.
I heard some heavy hail showers last night, but not much evidence of them this morning.
Looks like another non event for Aberdeen. Again.
