I would go for anywhere over 1800 metres. Favourites have to be Saas Fee - Switzerland Overgurgl - Austria Cervinia - Italy Val Thoren - France - purpose build so not much in the way of postcard pictures My Choice would be Saas Fee -
Bishps Cleeve is pretty much impassable. Road into Cheltenham via racecourse also closed. Traffic at a standstill. Winchcombe floaded again. Sure feel soory for the people who has water rushing through their house in Cleeve. They had "go slow" signs for drivers and had dustbins, boxes anything to act as a defence - no chance.

This sounds lke those dreaded daddy long legs. They lay their eggs in the autumn and the grubs feed on the roots of the grass. Otherwise known as Leather Jackets they destroyed our lawn last year. We did have a decent lawn and our neighbours had no problems at all. The worms you refer to are the grubs and they appear on the surface in the morning or after rain. Sorry mate but it looks like a new lawn.
