  7. Yeh but then i'd get all the iron fencing aswell , it never used to be like that but because of the increase in chav culture everything has to be protected now Still the composition is spot on , which is doing ok on Flicker and TP
  8. The 'Hugin' (which is on permanent display on the cliff top at Pegwell Bay) is a replica of a Viking Ship which sailed from Denmark to Thanet in 1949 to celebrate the 1500th anniversary of the invasion of Britain, the traditional landing of Hengist and Horsa and the betrothal of Hengist's daughter, Rowena, to King Vortigen of Kent. The 'Hugin' was offered as a gift to Ramsgate and Broadstairs by the Daily Mail in order to be preserved for centuries.
  9. Run to the woods to avoid the storm! Contrast Edited , Burned , Sharpened , Shadow Lightened , cropped and Bordered! ( polarizer used )
  10. I did B&W because it gives a real impact of the approaching storm clouds , we didn't get a storm but it really does give that impression.. I myself prefer in B&W as do others but here is the colour just for you of the second shot!
  11. I have a canon EOS 400D and polarizer filter on a 18-55 Canon Lens . Basically i use manual mode and correctly expose for the sky first. I then use adobe elements and corel paint shop pro photo x2. The options i use most are lighten shadows for the landscape , midtone contrast and enhance adjust lighting!. Sometimes the landscape is too dark to sort out and i ditch the photograph , i really need the sun to be out and shining on the landscape while im pointing away from the sun towards the clouds. 1280 http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/ii18/Ne...eldDesktop1.jpg Reminds me of some of the windows wallpapers
  12. Lovely day but the clouds looked very threatening as the morning went on! Herne , Kent ( More Photo's to come later )
