    Kaddy has to one of the hottest weather girls on TV, we moved from Hastings to Cambridgshire last year and we miss her on TV - she is also quite clued up when it comes to explaining things!

    Your right there Fatyido so maybe we will do ok. It was below freezing -0.5 when i came past St Neots - i knew that you would be on this thread so i took note especially.

    Just driven up the A1 from London to St Ives in Cambs, registered -1 to 0.5C on the car thermomiter along the journey - it was 0.5C when i got home. Yet again i can't see a mayor snow event for us tonight, it's just to damm warm! - i hope St Neots fares better.

    Fatyido you must be on the Northern edge of the heavy stuff as i understand that it's moving NW.

    Well Fatyido send some of it up the road 15 miles to St Ives because it's still very light here - although what is coming down is settling.

    I wish that we had 2 inches of snow here - St Ives in Cambs is still seriously lacking in the white stuff!

    Very impressive photo's PhilM, i'm really jelous, even our slight covering is trying to thaw now - i'm very dissapointed, this all has been so localised.

    I'm in St Ives in Cambridgeshire and this has been a no snow event for us. We have a covering, just - with very light snow falling now, where is all this heavy snow?.
