  1. Having not been on the forum so far today, I presume there's been a model downgrade?
  2. Though I expect to be too far East for anything tonight, I'm glad for those who missed-out earlier today who will get some snow tonight.
  3. I'm keeping an eye on the one now passing the Wash (almost following the A17), as I suspect it may have my name on it. Best of luck with the showers heading your way!
  4. I appreciate your frustration, but others (myself included for the first time since March 2013) have seen a decent amount of snow falling with much of it sticking, and it's also very early on in the cold spell.
  5. Temperature in Wymondham dropped to 0.1C, dew point still at -3C.
  6. Melting has stopped here now with around 1 cm remaining, though concrete surfaces have all but cleared.
  7. Of course, but you said "Looks dry for everyone shortly I think?" which is clearly incorrect on a forum page covering 2 regions (SE and EA). Snow has stopped here and is melting quite rapidly.
  8. Not north of London it isn't! Light snow now, rate of melt seems = rate of accumulation, so amount staying just over 1 cm.
  9. Easing off a touch again, over a centimetre on the ground (possibly closer to 1.5) after a slight melt of what fell around 30 minutes ago.
  10. Easing off a touch here - over 1cm of snow on the ground, which is a damn sight more that I expected this winter.
  11. Snowing properly now and the clouds appear laden with it. Temp in Wymondham down to 0.5C with DP at -3C.
  12. Switching weather stations AGAIN - few round here seem to be updating regularly. Now set to Wymondham - 0.9C with a DP of -3C! Snow/graupel here now with a covering on the grass and our garden path.
  13. Ice pellets falling here. EDIT: now switching to snow, mixed with ice pellets and possibly graupel.
  14. Main band of ppn. now incoming on Netweather radar, and certainly the cloud base is dropping to my northwest. Switching Wunderground reporting station to my local default, which is in Cringleford for all who know this area - Temperature 3.4C, dew point 1C.
  15. Mostly rain here so far, but there has been some sleet and wet snow.
  16. I'm certainly following on NW radar, and it hasn't collapsed yet as the overnight stuff did as it crossed the Wash. Temperature now 4C with 0C dew point.
