This snow potential is looking very,very good and its getting closer,only 24 hours too go-I really hope we get some lying snow here in south dublin,none since 2001!!!!??? glad to here,the 6.30 one was excellent aswell,it was along the same lines as the 9.30 forecast :lol: SP

well the cold is still here in Dublin,everything frozen solid again and the grass is sparkling. current temp : -4.7c SP

well i had a shower of snow grains at about 4.10pm,then nothing but a clear sky current temp : 0.3c SP

well the weather in this country is messed up,it rained at -0.7c at 5am,it SNOWED :winky: :w00t: at 4.10pm at 2.2c!!! :winky: SP

well i woke up at 5am and guess what?? -0.7c and bucketing rain,then it at stoped at about 6am,still below 0c,then started again at about 7.30am and the temp was -0.2c!!! :lol: WHAT TEMP DOES IT HAVE TO BE IN THIS COUNTRY TO SNOW???!!! SP

The Strange Parts Of The Cold Spell

there has only been 4 frosts here since christmas,so this has not been a good cold spell in dublin ,the minimum temp was only -1.7c on the 27th of december. It got colder than that on 6 occasions at the start of december,with the lowest temp at -3.7c B) I cannot explain why the ponds did not freeze over SP -
well without the month end adjustments i would have got it right,i guessed 3.8c SP

yesterday was very cold in dublin,had a maximum temp of 2.4c and a minimum of -1.7c :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: currently 3. c :lol: SP
