  12. Can confirm same type of event here. Moved through really quick. Max gust of 65mph here so far, Northwest Wales is taking a battering again 80+mph gusts recorded
  13. Storm from around 19:30 to 20:15 last night. Several really bright flashes of lightning, very deep and prolonged rumbles and torrential rain.
  14. No snow up here, but a friend near Maesteg in South Wales told me it was snowing/graupel lightly for the past 2 nights, barely a dusting though.

  18. reached a max of 34.6C today .6 short of the record from August 2003. BBC are stating Valley was the warmest in Wales with 33.6 Its currently 33.1C with large clouds forming over the mountains
  19. 33.2C at the moment, reached 34.1C yesterday. The Welsh record of 35.2C might just go today!
  20. Had a few loud rumbles with some sharp showers. Most of the activity was further west though, Hail, Mudslides, Flash Floods, the whole package.
  21. Heavy hail and snow showers today and yesterday. Massive hail stones yesterday, with great fork lightning thrown in too
  22. Moderate snow for a time above 700m on the Berwyns in 60mph winds. Was really artic like up there. A few small snow grains blowing around back at lower levels. Back home now and sun is making an appearance !
