  10. I have no idea how they could have used the term "Mini Tornado" for the devistation caused. Houses torn apart, cars tossed around and 3 lives lost, i see nothing at all "Mini" about that whatsoever.
  11. That is amazing. Seems great warm temperatures 1 day and then snowing the next! I wouldnt mind that Jamie
  12. I think it will be simular to recent Winters Mild with Occasional Cold Snaps

  17. Glencoe Ski area looks good still got a fair bit of snow left. I wonder if the highest Scotish Mountains will keep the snow patches providing that there is not any Heatwave. I dont think there is any snow patches in Wales, not even on Snowdon Jamie
  18. Looks like there will be nothing much around Wales either apart from a few snow showers here and there. Giving drizzle for my area Oh well Jamie
  19. I agree there is more of a potential for us than the easter cold snap, we just have to wait and see i think. Jamie
  20. Just watched the BBC Wales weather, there was an area of wintryshowers all over South Wales and he said expect a covering almost anywhere. Not the best thing to say as its still to far to tell exactly where any snow will occur. I have seen it all before, not worth expecting anything but i hope to see a flurry or two. Jamie
  21. The MetOffice have put all of Wales under there weather warning for Sunday. For Monday the main Welsh areas that appear to be at risk are: Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey and Pembrokeshire Here is one of the Preciptation charts for Sunday: As you can see here the Preciptation type is snow but anything heavy seems to be restricted to eastern Britain. Of course all this is subject to change and no doubt it will, just have to keep an watching Jamie
  22. I hope you all enjoy the snow! Not looking so good for the majority of Wales unless you have an elevation advantage on Sunday. And of course the MetOffice have a early Weather Warning out Here for parts of the country Temperatures for Saturday morning: http://www.wetterzentrale.de/pics/Rtavn2417.png Jamie
  23. Great post Mr Data! Very interesting to read, i was born on the winter of 1991 (Feb 27th) so i kinda missed out on all the action. Thanks for the awesome pictures to guys! If only we could have a good winter like that again. Jamie
  24. Heres a nice piece of media: Daily Express "BRITAIN was last night warned to prepare for Easter chaos as an Arctic blast threatened heavy snow." "Snowfalls are likely to blanket many areas of the country" Im almost certain it wont be as bad as they make out haha. Its nice to read though if only it were true :o Jamie
