Hi guys thought I would pop in and see how our winter is going ha ha, read in the paper yest that we got wet summers for the next 10 yrs. how the hell they know that when they find it difficult to predict 5 days ahead. hope you all are doing good and fingers crossed we have a few nice sunny weeks soon.

have a look on the news it shows lots of pics and video of the snow on there, probs get it on bbc I player

don't send any down south please iv had enough cold this year,sun now please and lots of it, snow from end of nov to end of feb will do then warm sun turing to hot sun. im sure this time last yr we had fab hot sunshine didn't we? but that was our summer ha ha

well got to say the weather men where bang on with this, heavy rain south and snow north, and by the sounds the north has had plenty of snow with quite a bit more to come. just heard on Radio flooding expected in some parts but didn't catch where.

heavy snow in northern Ireland right now guys and sounds quite nasty, still looking very good for most of north wales. be great to see some pics to show how deep it gets tonight and tommor up there. and I will put bucket out back to show how deep the rain gets down here ha ha.

I just noticed the odd flake falling so looked up mountain and I would say 400m als is snow line I can see the snow from my back door and its melting as it comes down the mountain but odd flake and sleet by me. I would imagine the beacons having very heavy snow right now as they are 200m higher than bwlch mountain. yes north wales could get very heavy snow and parts of England. and we could very well get some flooding in some parts of the south.

Hi guys just saw the weather on tv and by god north wales could get a hammering from snow over the next 48 hrs,upto 40cm and blizzard condtions. could be fun up there. for us in the south its rain guys temps tommor at 7 to 9 degrees and then showed snow coming a bit further south but not much if im honest so rain for south and mid and heavy snow for north, it showed snow tonight and still there on sat so get your food in if you live up north, and get your wellys out if you live down south ha ha

morning all feels even colder out there this morn, no snow at all here and don't think Wales is going to get hardly anything as reguards to snow over the next few days but it sure is cold and the wind was very strong last night. all my bins etc blown all over the place this morn.

yes looks very much that it wont make it into wales, I noticed on radar 40 mins ago but now showing it being pushed back and nothing coming into wales.

I just looked at rain radar and I think it may not push upto us in wales, if you look at percip at 14.00 it looks like it doesn't march in any further and if im correct it does look like it goes back towards channel a little,maybe im wrong but does look like that to me,be interesting when next half hr comes on.

bit chilly on the willy today guys ha ha,in fact its blooming freezing that wind is biting for sure. looks like we going to have a cold week and then milder by end of the week. thought and hoped we saw the last of this cold. roll on summer nice blue skys and warm temps. to get that probs need to move a long way from Wales but fingers crossed we get a decent summer.

very very cold out today, went up back garden for half hr and couldn't wait to get back in front of the fire. looks like going to be a milder week but wetter as well for us in wales

yes be good for us to have a place to write how bad the floods are in july and aug ha ha. better bloody not be.I myself don't mind this coldish dry weather. we drove over bwlch this morn at about 11 and the trees has ice all over them, the fog had put layers onto the trees and must have got thicker and thicker, did stop to have a look and it was melting. temp was plus 2 up there at 11 ish. and very foggy. havnt seen that on trees for a very long time.and there is still one very small patch of snow up there from the snow we had few weeks ago, me and my son go over there 3 times a week for boxing and we had a guess how long it would stay, we both miles away with our guess.

snowing up here (not heavy) I hope it doesn't come to anything, looking at radar I cant see where this is coming from, and its blooming cold

ha ha I like that, yes there are some crazy snow lovers about. don't mind snow but give me warm sunny summer please.

very wet at times and cool at times nothing to shout about with low temps, and 1 week of snow. cant compare this to some of the winters gone by.some where predicting 47 78 81 style winters. im just glad that heavy rain stopped as it was looking bad for some areas. I hope we all have the sunny dry summer we deserve.

not looking so nice out there this morn but got to say, yest was just fantastic. saw lots of people walking the mountain behind the house and kids on (half term) here where up the mountain playing. it was nice with the snow but fantastic in the sun ha ha, no wonder people move to sunny climates makes you feel happy and you can get more done than in the rain that's for sure. it felt warm in direct sun long may it continue. and a nice frost out there this morn.

yes what a fantastic day today, lots of bright sunshine but a bit nippy and going to be a cold one tonight. I love days like today makes you feel better when the weather is like this.

I hope your wrong we deserve a nice long hot summer starting on weds and lasting until oct ha ha

I will guess, it will be cold to start not extreme just cold then turn warmish and sunny then back to wet but at least the next week is looking good for us. nice and dry with no rain Hurray no rain ha ha.

yes sounds fab nice cold dry week, thats what we need to help the fields and mountains drain the water away, and nice to get some jobs done outside the house.

well another fantastic winters day, cold crisp morn and sun to warm us up a bit as the day goes on. yest was superb day we managed to sort out some jobs in garden and put logs into log store getting ready for next winter. going to need a lot more mind and they getting hard to come by now,anyone know reasonable prices for logs? don't need to be seasoned as I got room to store. I love this weather dry and sunny makes me smile in the morns long may the crisp cold sunny days continue.looks interesting next week.

people starting to get excited in model thread, talk of snow early next week in east and then moving west. also showing some very cold runs but they are many many days away and as we know things can change within hours. sounds like we going to have a few warmer days now with not so much rain for the next couple.so they said on itv weather. that be nice to see
