    Dry and very windy , not looking too good for snow this Far East , maybe Thursday ?

    I’ve been traveling through the model chat, totally no idea what to expect, so I came into here and now there look like some snow possibilities. At least a 1 on the snow depth chart , that’ll do for starters . (Knew I shouldn’t have bought the new sledge for the kids )

    Absolutely dying for an easterly here lol but I’ll settle for a wee video of all your snaw in the west please still very interesting viewing of the charts, still hopeful of more upgrades and some snow countrywide x

    It’s certainly much drier , the normal rains have not filtered inland so rain totals are about 10% in some parts ! I have no idea how many more years communities can rely upon bore water with so little rains . Im sure the cattle farmers are going to be hit big style !

    Not bad how’s you . Things have been a bit unsettled of last couple of weeks as sadly mum has been diagnosed with breast cancer , but luckily it seems slow growing tumour so that’s something. I sure am looking forward to some weather watching and some fun times here , I’ve missed all the banter . At least we all share the weather obsession unlike most of our other significant others

    I was awfy rainy here today luckily I was at a Christmas market locally (driving thru pouring rain ) to buy Harris gin ! So all is cosy tonight whatever the weather cheers !

    Our local shop had no delivery till Friday but the milk was gone in a flash. Luckily I make my own bread so we had some frozen. Our roads were impassable and are still only one lane so I decided on staying put as my low profile tyres dislike the snow and anyhow I still have to tackle the huge drifts in front of my garage ! Oh and its snowing big big fat flakes !!

    I still have fresh milk that I bought last Monday ? and I have bread out of my freezer. Feeling smug ???

    Reporting in and yes it’s light snaw here too. Interesting we might get more snow catch, this could be a memorable march.

    Well @hawsey, measurements nigh on impossible because of drifting but we estimate at least 35cm of snow here ! Absolutely amazing ! We have bread & milk and I’m soooo smug ! Hee hee ? also have tons of bread flour to make more bread ?. Everyone even hubby thought I was going ott! But I knew differently ? Our road is currently being dug out by jcbs.

    Drifts are amazing! I have no idea how much snow fell last night because it’s been blown around but it was almost constant snow.

    Wow we,ve had another amazing amount of snow overnight! Table was windblown yesterday and this morning it still looks like an epic total ! It’s been amazing snow. I’ll get out and measure shortly .

    No trampoline in our garden ! ?. Pics were just after lunchtime today. @Hawesy measurement was this after lunch, so I’ll check again tomorrow morning . We might not be too far away from 16cm certainly upwards of 10cm and a lot of that was blown away. Drifts are off the ruler scale ?

    I’m heading back towards lammermuirs (behind Tranent /elphinstone ) roughly. Catching this stream just now , really heavy snow .

    Heavy snow back on here again , sky is just laden with snow! Measured 10cm of snow earlier this afternoon in windy conditions but it’s drifting so much it’s hard to find a good spot to measure. Snow drifts are huge now, Ruler just disappeared Goodness knows if this keeps up how much snow we’ll have in the morning. Good job schools are shut again. .

    Cannie believe it’s snowing and snowing , it’s not gone off, just keeping coming . Got dinner on, flasks filled and candles oot , just in case
