Temperature is starting to fall here. 2.4c with mainly rain and hint of sleet currently. Now 2.2c

Well this weather front was meant to be with me over 2 hours ago on the met app but is still a way off yet so just hope this delay is good news. Slower the better.

Thursday is too far out... Remember Tuesday was the Thursday just a few days ago.. And same a week or so before that.

Today's snow has all but vanished. Showing rain and sleet clearing by 6pm.

It hits the mendips early too so I have my doubts for settling snow.. We could easily get to Saturday and not get anything all week. Showers after Wednesday am... Oh wait welch mountain will sort them out.. Just had a argument with other half over tmoro... She lives in Bradford on avon and I said I might stay on Mendip.. She is further east but I'm not sure..

More often it does indeed mean big fat blobs of rain.. Tuesday looks bust and Thursdays has a couple of days to go bust... Hmm

Still looks a bit wet rather than white for most of region Tuesday. East of region maybe in with chance but I'd be concerned with marginality even with elevation here. Very close call. Could do with another upgrade later today on 12z but could go other way of course.

Yes not bad and it shows snow on black down hills which have only modest elevation so bodes well maybe further east as night draws on. Mondays runs will be nerve racking.

I remain un convinced Karlos it looks like a cold wet week with plenty of disappointment. Tuesdays looks like sleet briefly turning to non settling snow as it clears. Then rest of week we on wrong side of marginal mostly?

Half an inch to an inch at best for most of south on that so pretty poor effort away from hills..

Minus 2 currently with snow still laying on lawn and shady pavements. Only dusting though.

Slight covering apparently in village. Checked radar history looks like a fair bit went over after 1am. Sadly I was in Bradford last night driving back in half hour though to see it.
