Bright and breezy; cloud with sunny spells, 11c.

Doesnt look great for next 10 days plus, does it?
I'm really hoping for a complete flip around mid-April, so that we have 5 months of dry, sunny and warm weather. Not much to ask for, is it?

Developed into heavy thunderstorms in Fuert, since i last posted.
-
It's the Western islands (Tenerife and Gran Canaria) that tend to cop it most, with these systems.
Today in Fuert is ok so far today, the odd shower, according to one of my pals there.
Mind you, about 7 years ago we had a bad storm in the early hours whilst in Fuert, woke us up at 6 in the morn. By the time we got out of bed at 9 it had cleared; a few puddles, plus loads of palm tree branches on the ground, were the only remaining evidence of the overnight storm.

Metwatch A pal, who i've known since we were 16, has a place in Corralejo and he's been out there since Monday. We have over 7 weeks to wait.
i just want some dry weather for a few days, so i can get on with some jobs outside.

10c, grey, gloomy. Feels colder than 10c.
2 weeks today, since returning from the Caribbean. I need sun and real warmth again.

12c, hazy sun, wind not too bad here. Beautiful early Spring day. Did some weeding, now about to cut the lawn. 1st cut since January

After a glorious early Spring day, here, yesterday with sunny skies and temps topping out at 13c, today is grey and gloomy at 10c.
However, the blow is softened by the fact i'm on the bus and 20 mins away from the 1st pint, as i'm meeting a mate at pub for a few bevvies

All seems fine;
Now, all we need is a brill late Spring and Summer, with clear blue skies and temps of 26c, and a nice breeze around the AH, to keep humidity levels down.
