    afternoon all, well we have 2 outdoor events comming up, Warwick Castle on the 17th Aug, and Goodwood Revival from the 12th to the 16th Sept, please may we have one last blast of summer, but i fear things are going to remain unsettled.

    morning all, well what a week, hot, sunny and some cracking storms too, then we have today, cooler, cloudy, a few spots of rain and what looks a very wet weekend to come, fingers crossed it might just have a cpl more storms for us to enjoy

    few rumbles of thunder and a cpl of flashes of lightening just to the south of us, just light rain here now

    nothing forecast storm wise for here tonight or tomorrow, but i have a feeling whoever sees storms tonight are going to get one heck of a show, ok, change that, distant rumbles of thunder, think we will miss it but nice to hear things are begining to kick off

    omg i cant believe how dark it has got here right now, its so still and really feels like it could go bang at anytime, i know we are outside the storm threat but its so close and muggy here

    evening all, wow, its so muggy tonight, weather station still reading 24.5c under cloudy skies, no storms forecast according to bbc and metoffice, but here is hoping we do get a storm to clear the air or lets hope the rain will cool things down.

    Morning all, certainly potential for storms today but alas not for mby, forecast has now got us down for a light shower this afternoon, maybe a bit of heavier rain overnight but nothing thundery or noteworthy, very cool and cloudy here at the mo and breeze starting to pick up.

    light rain here now, winds completly dropped off, not looking to hopefull for storms tonight, perhaps a better chance for tomorrow, but the difference in forecast between the bbc and metoffice is huge, one has no storms, the other has us down with a much better chance

    been cloudy down here most of the day, temp currently 18.2c according to my weather station, dropped about 3c in the last hour or so.

    lots of cloud here all day, quite a stiff breeze and feeling fairly fresh, certainly going to scupper any chance of storms here today/tonight, looks like a better chance tomorrow afternoon.

    evening all, going by the latest bbc forecast we seem to be to far east here with regard storm activity this comming week, but as others have said the potential is still there, fingers crossed.

    evening all, after a manic few days in France for the Le Mans 24hr motor race, its nice to be back and be in with a chance of some overnight storms, not sure if the rain we have had over the last few hours has scuppered any chance for here but it sure feels muggy.

    Well i have to say as winter has been a let down for a prolonged period of cold weather, i for one hope that winter goes out on a very mild and sunny end, today has been stunning, long may it continue.
