Well 2 hours ago I was chucking the towel in. The last 2 hours have made this a decent event. No doubt higher areas of Bolton have done well, Smithills, Bromley cross, Heaton, Horwich and blackrod. Lower areas such has farnworth, kearsley, the levers, may have a few CM less. still coming down

Well I'm throwing the towel in... Almost 900 ft ASL and snizzle, yet city centre Manchester and Salford ( of which I can quite clearly see from my bedroom window) get moderate snow..
