Looking at the rain today radar, it is like a two way split at the moment, the left hand side of the UK all rain (and lots of it) and the right hand side all red for snow..... lets hope this changes for us later.

This is very very strange. Although someone I think it was Eye in the sky said last night the the charts did not look right as the radar was showing things alldifferently as early as 10 oclock last night. Sure this is all just sent to try us. Well my patience this winter has finally ran out.

To be truthful, I won't believe the snow here unless I actually see it. That way I won't get too dissappointed. Anyway, if nothing else, I am enjoying the cold and dry weather here, much better for walking the dog. Fingers crossed we all get some well deserved snow soon for the whole country. sleeptight everyone.

ITV wales only mentioned rain and sleet just now???? oh, I am going to bank on nothing and then won't get dissappointed.

Well, I have just watched the ITV Weather in Wales, and NO mention of snow,,, it just said, we may get rain with sleet???????

Don't think anything this winter is going to plan........ but lets all have everything crossed that it does this time, we really really need this white stuff, especially as it is going to be the weekend and start of half term,,, billy bonus

Thanks for that Tony, really loved reading the posts as it brought back some great memories and loved looking at the pics. I remember that amazing snow so much. I lived in Hanham in Bristol (Near bath). My dad had to dig us out of the back of the house as the blizzards went all the way up out back wall and covered all our windows and doors. Just worked it out that I wass 14 years old and my son is 14 Oh I would love my son to experience that amount of snow just once as he does not believe me. Thanks Tony I will be showing him these pictures in the morning and see If I can convince him his mum is not mad lol.
