the max was about 7 and this morning it was 1.75 celcius!!!

After a cloudy and drizzly night it was a cool and clear start with some pleasant sunshine. Cloud built throughout the day, however it never thickened enough to block out the sun for more than a few minutes. The evening has seen it become clear again, allowing the temperature to fall rapidly. With a maximum temperature of 10.3°C, it was the coldest day since 20th April 2005. The minima was also the lowest so far this Autumn and the coldest since May 12th 2005.
