Storm sightings 8/1

I didn't expect to be able to post here today, specially seeing as I saw no storm action for the whole summer!

At around 1.15 today I have a huge shower here with a few cracks of thunder, really strong gusts of wind and hail too....

Haven't had any thunder as yet down here in PPlymouth but when the showers race over it gets very dark and it is very wet!

There has been some lightning activity near the south coast this evening.

Have seen 4 flashes of lightning to my North this evening on the way home. Looks like something interesting may be developing to my West but I hope I am not too far south!!!

four more flashes overhead with thunder - lots of hail - going outside again :shock: :shock: and another just then!

well that was a nice little thunderstorm! 10 flahes all with thunder and hail throughout.

I took a coulple of pictures yeaterday 8th at CROMER N Norfolk they are not in the gallery yet but should be soon one was some MAMMA and the second a Nice ANVIL ! Wooooooooo so early in tyhe year
