Just thought I would mention that here in Vancouver BC the wind is howling at about 50-60 mph in gusts as a deep low moves inland just to our north, the rain has ended for the time being, and it was 11 C a few hours ago but is now 8 C. The wind is from the south and is howling through the trees when the stronger gusts come through.

Today has been a day of sunny spell with blustery heavy showers accompanied by gusting winds circa 25mph. Currently receiving another heavy shower with a temperature of 4 degrees.

Not much, just enough to turn the grass white but the pavements were covered, maybe 1cm at most, If thawed gradually completely going after about 2hours.
