    Here's a few pictures taken today and yesterday; it makes a wonderful change to be really frosty around here instead of the warm, damp nothingness of the average Somerset winter.

    No snow but the frost is so thick, in places it looks like it has snowed. The lake is frozen solid, at least 3 inches thick all apart from a small patch the ducks have managed to keep clear - they looked rather grumpy poor things.
